当前,督查工作中的问题即是增大力度,务求实效.而扫除执行政策中存在的“盲点”和“误点”,正是督查工作做出实效的基本要求.当前不少地方的督查工作存在着一种不良倾向,部分督查人员缺少危机感、责任感,热衷于粉饰太平,没有勇气暴露问题,主要表现为:反映落实的多,反映不落实的少;反映成功经验的多,反映失败教训的少;反映局部的一般性的问题多,反映带有全局性深层次问题的少.从我们随机抽出全区各县市各部门交来的40份督查报告
