用传统的提取和纯化方法,从细长鼠曲草(Gnaphalum gracile H.B.K.)花中,分离了若干已知的黄酮类化合物。从该植物的花的石油醚提取物中,分离并依据UV、~1HNMR、~(13)CNMR和MS数据并与标准品对照,鉴定黄酮(1)为良姜精—3'—甲基酯,黄酮(2)为5.7—二羟基—3—甲氧基黄酮。(1)的含量为0.6%,mp174°。其UV光谱揭示在B环上无取代基。其~1HNMR显示的信号峰在64.0和δ3.88,而~(13)CNMR信号峰出现在δ61.9和δ60.4,说明有两个甲氧基,最后与标准品对照确证了其化学结构。黄酮(2)的UV光谱与黄酮(1)相似。其
Using traditional methods of extraction and purification, several known flavonoids were isolated from the flowers of Gnaphalum gracile H.B.K. From the petroleum ether extract of the flower of the plant, the flavonoids (1) were determined to be Liangjingjing-3’-methyl ester by separation and according to UV, ~1HNMR, ~(13)CNMR and MS data and compared with the standard product. Flavone (2) is 5.7-dihydroxy-3-methoxyflavone. The content of (1) is 0.6%, mp 174°. Its UV spectrum revealed no substituents on the B ring. The ~1H NMR signal peaks are at 64.0 and δ3.88, while the ~(13)C NMR signal peaks are at δ61.9 and δ60.4, indicating that there are two methoxy groups.
