1988年7月,组建5年的贵州省遵义化工厂劳动服务公司,由于企业整体素质不高,连年亏损,资不抵债,濒临倒闭边缘。 为了扭转劳司生产经营每况愈下的局面,遵义化工厂在厂内实行招标承包,现任经理郑培德同志以方案佳、答辩优、积分最高而一举夺标,从此带领劳司人开始新的创业。跑矿山、选矿点、抓品位、促加工,劳司忙碌了起来,很快便在激烈的市场竞争中站稳了脚跟,当年即扭亏为盈。
In July 1988, the Zunyi Chemical Plant Labor Service Company in Guizhou Province, which was established for five years, was on the verge of bankruptcy due to the low overall quality of the company, its annual losses, and its insolvency. In order to reverse the deteriorating production and operation of the labors, Zunyi Chemical Plant engaged in tender contracting in the factory. Comrade Cheng Peide, the current manager, won the bid with the best plan, the best answer, and the highest score, and led the workers to start a new business. Running mines, beneficiation points, grasping tastes, and promoting processing, the laborers got busy and soon gained a firm foothold in the fierce market competition.
