转型时期国家治理政策选择与清廉社会构建,是当今中国社会最受关注的热点问题之一。2014年4月12日至13日,来自中国、匈牙利、西班牙等国家的70余名专家学者齐聚南京,出席由南京审计学院与匈牙利佩奇大学联合主办、上海社会科学院法学研究所协办的首届中匈国际论坛。在为期一天半的紧凑议程中,与会专家围绕“法治社会、国家治理与政府审计”的论坛议题,就转型国家的法治建设、腐败治理与司法公信力建设展开了广泛的交流与深入的研讨。
The choice of governance policies and the establishment of a clean society in the transitional period are one of the most hot issues in Chinese society today. From April 12 to April 13, 2014, more than 70 experts and scholars from China, Hungary, Spain and other countries gathered in Nanjing to attend the first session of co-sponsored by Nanjing Audit University and Pecs University in Hungary and the Institute of Law of Shanghai Academy of Social Sciences China-Hungary International Forum. During the one-and-a-half-day compact agenda, the experts attending the symposium held extensive discussions and discussions on the theme of “rule of law in society, state governance and government audit” and discussed the construction of the rule of law in the transitional countries, corruption management and the credibility of the judiciary .
