目的探讨早期乳腺癌患者保乳手术的技巧和近期疗效。方法回顾性分析2007年6月至2010年12月盐亭肿瘤防治研究所收治的23例早期乳腺癌患者行保乳手术治疗的临床资料。手术方式:肿瘤直径<2 cm者行肿瘤局部扩大切除术;肿瘤直径2～3 cm者行象限切除术,并常规行腋窝淋巴结清扫术。术后均给予放疗、化疗及内分泌等综合治疗。结果 23例手术全部成功,效果满意,无并发症。结论对早期乳腺癌患者,如果有保乳手术治疗的要求,并有保乳手术治疗的指征,且在保乳手术后进行放疗、化疗及内分泌治疗,可以取得良好的疗效和美容效果。
Objective To explore the technique and short-term curative effect of breast-conserving surgery in patients with early breast cancer. Methods The clinical data of breast-conserving surgery in 23 patients with early-stage breast cancer admitted from June 2007 to December 2010 in Yanting Cancer Institute were retrospectively analyzed. Surgical methods: tumor diameter less than 2 cm local tumor resection; tumor diameter 2 ~ 3 cm line quadrant resection, and conventional axillary lymph node dissection. After surgery were given radiotherapy, chemotherapy and endocrine and other comprehensive treatment. Results All the 23 surgeries were successful with satisfactory results and no complications. Conclusion For patients with early breast cancer, if the requirements of breast-conserving surgery and breast-conserving surgery indications, and breast-conserving surgery after radiotherapy, chemotherapy and endocrine therapy, can achieve good efficacy and cosmetic results.
