The scientific concept of development is an important guideline for China’s economic and social development and a major strategic idea that must be upheld and implemented in building socialism with Chinese characteristics. The problems and difficulties that local party and government leaders in implementing the scientific concept of development must be solved in line with the requirements of the scientific concept of development.
