在育种实践中设计出的“改良系谱法”以选穗、穴区以及穗行为主要特点,即改选株为选穗,改双行点播为穴区种植,改株行为德行,较大幅度地增大了杂种各世代的群体,扩大了鉴定圃的规模,提高了育种效率。通过对8个主要性状在穴区种植与行区种植之间的相关性、遗传力、遗传进度等分析,论述了 各项改革措施的理论依据。通过此法已选育出适应不同水肥和生态条件的小麦新品系,有3个品系通过了 省级区试,正参加省级生产示范、表明“改良系谱法”在小麦育种早代选择中有较好的应用效果。
