我国通货膨胀的成因不能简单用需求拉动和成本推动来解释,在通货膨胀背后还存在着结构性因素。垄断使商品价值由最差的生产条件来决定,从而推动价格上涨。在我国,国有垄断企业高昂的不变资本耗费、较高的福利待遇和对垄断利润的追求都成为推升我国物价水平的关键因素。因此,必须深化国有企业改革,加强对垄断的监管,防止价格改革为利益集团所左右。
The causes of inflation in our country can not simply be explained by demand-pull and cost-push. There are still structural factors behind inflation. Monopoly makes the value of goods from the worst conditions of production to decide, so as to promote price increases. In our country, the high fixed capital cost, higher welfare and pursuit of monopoly profit of state-owned monopoly enterprises have all become the key factors for pushing up the price level in our country. Therefore, we must deepen the reform of state-owned enterprises, strengthen the supervision over monopolies and prevent the price reform from being dominated by interest groups.
