目的:促进我院门急诊依替米星处方规范合理,提高处方质量。方法:详细登记我院2011年8月所有门急诊依替米星处方合计448张,根据卫生部相关文件指南对依替米星处方进行专项点评,分析其临床用药合理性,并对点评结果进行统计分析。结果:依替米星处方中不合理处方318张,处方不合格率70.98%,主要包括处方书写不规范、剂量较大、疗程较长、用药与诊断不符、高龄患者未减量、无适应证用药等。结论:我院门急诊依替米星处方中存在较多问题,应加强管理,促进合理用药。
Objective: To promote elective prescription of etimicin in our hospital is reasonable and improve prescription quality. Methods: To register in detail all the 448 prescriptions of etidronate in our emergency department in August 2011. According to the guidelines of Ministry of Health, the etiotherim prescription was specially reviewed and the rationality of clinical medication was analyzed. Statistical Analysis. Results: In the prescription of etimicin, there were 318 unreasonable prescriptions, the prescription failure rate was 70.98%, mainly including non-standard prescription, large dosage, long course of treatment, incompatibility between medication and diagnosis, no reduction in elderly patients and no indications Medication and so on. Conclusion: There are many problems in prescription of etimicin in our hospital, we should strengthen management and promote rational drug use.
