本文提出了以稀ＨＣｌ直接提取饲料金霉素中金霉素和四环素，提取液无需净化，用二甲基甲酰胺——草酸溶液作流动相，以高效液相色谱紫外检测器测定饲料中金霉素和四环素的含量。结果表明该法快速、准确、简便、可靠；方法回收率四环素和金霉素分别在９１．８４～１０４．１％ 和８８．９２～１０４．６％ 之间；变异系数分别为４．７４％ 和５．４０％ ，该法国内外未见报导。
In this paper, we proposed the direct extraction of chlortetracycline and tetracycline from chlortetracycline with dilute HCl. The extract did not need to be purified. The dimethylformamide-oxalic acid solution was used as the mobile phase, and the high performance liquid chromatography Mycotoxin and tetracycline content. The results showed that the method was rapid, accurate, simple and reliable. The recoveries of tetracycline and chlortetracycline were 91.84 ~ 104.1% and 88.92 ~ 104.6%, respectively. The coefficients of variation were 4.74% And 5.40%, which were not reported inside and outside France.
