随着我国经济体制的不断改革与更新,建筑业的发展也越来越迅速,其作为我国经济的重要支柱产业之一,建筑业在取得巨大进步的同时也存在一些现实问题,如项目工程质量不达标、市场体系不规范、技术水平与世界水平有一定的差距等。除此之外,目前一些城市仍然没有建立起与之相适应的劳务管理制度,劳动力市场管理混乱无序,给经济发展和建筑工程带来了很多负面的影响。本论述通过阐述劳务施工队伍的来源和劳务队伍的管理现状,进而分析了其存在的问题,最后提出了目前劳务施工队伍管理相应的优化策略。
