趋势之一:科技创新成为世界规模的强大潮流。人类为了更好地生存和发展,在现有的知识资源和物质资源基础上,大力推进科技创新已形成世界性潮流。趋势之二:知识资源成为科技创新的第一要素。知识经济正在兴起,知识的创造和发展大大降低了人类社会对自然资源的依附,传统的生产要素(劳力、土地、资本)已逐渐退出主导地位,知识资源已成为科技创新的战略性首要因素。趋势之三:前沿科技成为创新竞争的主要焦点。一些国家和跨国公司正把主攻方向瞄准微电子、细胞工程、核能、高磁材料、空间提纯、海水淡化等前沿领域,攻占这些科技高地的竞争已成为创新的主要焦点。趋势之四:科技集成成为创新的常用形式。现有的科技成果和技术体系已相当丰富,当前面临的许多科技问题在很大程度上可以通过集成现有的技术加以解决。趋势之五:研究——发展——生产成为完整的创新
One of the trends: Technological innovation has become a powerful trend on a world scale. In order to better survive and develop, mankind has formed a worldwide trend of vigorously promoting scientific and technological innovation based on the existing knowledge and material resources. The second trend: knowledge resources become the first element of technological innovation. The knowledge economy is on the rise, and the creation and development of knowledge greatly reduce the dependence of human society on natural resources. The traditional elements of production (labor, land and capital) have gradually withdrawn from their dominant positions and the knowledge resources have become the most important strategic factors in science and technology innovation. Trend three: cutting-edge technology has become the main focus of innovation and competition. Some countries and multinational companies are aiming to focus on frontiers such as microelectronics, cell engineering, nuclear energy, high magnetic materials, space purification and desalination, and the competition for capturing these high places in science and technology has become the major focus of innovation. Trend Four: Technology Integration Becomes a Common Form of Innovation. The existing scientific and technological achievements and technical systems are quite abundant. Many scientific and technological problems currently facing them can be largely solved through the integration of existing technologies.
