案例教学是法律课程实践教学的主要内容和方法。美国和德国的案例教学模式,与其各自的制度、传统文化等客观环境相匹配,取得了很好的效果,但不能盲目照搬。我国传统的法律课堂案例教学模式存在不足有待改进,但也不能全盘否定。应该明确目标,找准定位,提高综合性,分类实施,建立符合我国实际的“经济法”课程案例教学模式。
Case teaching is the main content and method of practice teaching in legal courses. The case teaching mode in the United States and Germany matched the objective environment of their respective systems and traditional cultures and achieved good results, but they should not be blindly copied. There are still some problems to be solved in the case teaching mode of the traditional law classroom in our country, but we can not totally negate it. Should be clear goals, identify the positioning, improve the comprehensive, classified implementation, the establishment of line with our actual “Economic Law ” curriculum case teaching mode.
