教育部基础教育课程教材发展中心公布了《义务教育阶段国家数学课程标准 (征求意见稿 )》(由北京师大出版社出版 ,2 0 0 0年 3月 )———以下简称《标准》 ,并向全国广泛征求意见 .下面刊登的是《中国数学会中小学数学教育改革研讨会记录》集中地讨论了这个《标准》 .中小学数学课程内容直接关系到受教育者的健康成长和中华民族的振兴 ,其重要性是怎样强调都不过份的 .我们响应教育部基础教育课程教材发展中心的号召“希望广大数学教育工作者和社会各界关心中小学教育改革的人士积极参与讨论 ,你们的宝贵意见是进一步修改和完善《标准》的重要依据” ,以及中国数学会理事长马志明教授的号召“希望广大数学工作者都来关心数学课程改革 ,为我国基础教育课程改革作出贡献” ,即将在本刊开辟专栏 ,刊登关于《标准》的讨论和意见 .希望大家踊跃投稿 (来稿请注明“《标准》讨论”字样 ) .
