目前,在伴随着经济全球化的进一步深化,企业的经营状况、企业的重组等新情况日益凸显,这使得企业不得不进行人事调整,员工的不稳定逐步增加,员工和企业的信任关系面临着很多不确定的因素。在新的时代背景下,企业和员工之间的关系日益受到广泛的关注。其中,中小企业尤其突出。中小企业是我过年经济可持续发展的的重要推动力量,其在发展过程中也不可避免的存在着一些问题。在中国现在国情发展下,大型企业在经过数十年的发展与传承之下,企业已经形成了完整的发展规划以及销售模式。想要不断推动中国的经济发展,中小企业渐渐成为中国经济发展实情下的主力军。这就需要政府不断调整社会服务职能,加强政策扶持等方面给予中小企业相应的帮扶,促使其走出困境,实现科学可持续发展。

SMEs are an important driving force for my economic success in the New Year. Inevitably, some problems still exist in the course of their development. Under the current national conditions in China, large-sized enterprises have formed a complete development plan and sales model after decades of development and inheritance. In order to continuously promote China’s economic development, SMEs have gradually become the main force under the actual conditions of China’s economic development. This requires the government to constantly adjust the social service functions, strengthen policy support and other aspects to give appropriate help to SMEs to promote their out of the woods, and achieve scientific and sustainable development.
