海上油田远离陆地,广泛采用原油发电机自主提供电力;自产原油闪点低于60℃时,则不满足规范及操作安全要求。需要增加一套原油闪蒸装置,提高其闪点,使油品性质稳定,才能作为主电站燃料油使用。文章通过对原油闪蒸装置流程、现场运行实际情况、具体试验及油品分析等介绍,说明闪蒸设备运行特点及管理办法,为海上油田闪蒸设备运行提供借鉴和应用经验。
Offshore oilfields are far away from the land, and crude oil generators are widely used to provide electricity independently. When the flash point of the crude oil produced is less than 60 ° C, the norms and operational safety requirements are not satisfied. Need to add a set of crude oil flashing device, increase its flash point, so that the nature of the oil stable, can be used as the main fuel oil. This paper introduces the operation characteristics and management methods of flashing equipment through the process of crude oil flashing device, the actual situation of field operation, specific tests and oil analysis, which provides reference and application experience for the operation of flashing equipment in offshore oilfields.
