[目的]探讨影响特发性面神经麻痹疗效的因素,为客观判断面神经麻痹的预后提供依据,从而有效指导临床。[方法]通过查阅相关文献,从病情、患者因素、治疗等方面对特发性面神经麻痹疗效相关因素进行分析总结。[结论]面神经损伤部位、面神经损伤程度、患者自身因素、治疗是影响特发性面神经麻痹的主要因素。客观准确地评价特发性面神经麻痹的病情及影响因素能指导预后的判断和准确治疗。
[Objective] To explore the factors influencing the efficacy of idiopathic facial paralysis and provide the basis for objectively judging the prognosis of facial paralysis, so as to guide clinical effectively. [Methods] The related factors of idiopathic facial paralysis were analyzed and summarized from the aspects of illness, patient factors and treatment. [Conclusion] Facial nerve injury, facial nerve injury, patients’ own factors and treatment are the main factors affecting idiopathic facial paralysis. Objectively and accurately evaluate the condition and influencing factors of idiopathic facial paralysis can guide the prognosis and accurate treatment.
