“以人为本”的科学发展观作为义务教育课程标准研制的指导思想,也是美术课程标准设计思路的起点。“以人为本”就是以学生的发展为本,一切为了学生的发展。中学正是青少年个性初步形成的阶段,因而个性化的美术教育对于中学生尤为重要。
