目的研究回回蒜水提物的急性毒性和抗炎镇痛作用。方法小鼠一次灌胃给药后,观察14 d内中毒情况,采用改良寇氏法计算LD50及95%可信限。采用二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀实验考察抗炎活性;采用醋酸致小鼠扭体和热板法实验考察镇痛活性。结果回回蒜水提物的LD50及95%可信限为99.68(93.25~106.56)g/kg。回回蒜可以明显降低二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀度;可以明显减少扭体次数;提高痛阈值。结论回回蒜有毒,可以测出LD50;回回蒜有一定的抗炎镇痛作用。
Objective To study the acute toxicity and anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects of garlic extract. Methods After intragastric administration, mice were observed for poisoning within 14 days. The LD50 and 95% confidence limits were calculated by modified Kovar’s method. The anti-inflammatory activity of the mouse auricle swelling experiment was investigated by using xylene; the analgesic activity was tested by writhing and hot-plate method in mice induced by acetic acid. Results The LD50 and 95% confidence level of garlic extract were 99.68 (93.25-106.56) g / kg. Back garlic can significantly reduce xylene-induced mouse ear swelling; can significantly reduce the number of writhing; increase pain threshold. Conclusion Back garlic poisonous, can detect LD50; back garlic has some anti-inflammatory analgesic effect.
