高校学生支部建设与党校建设是党的建设的重要组成部分。目前,高校学生党支部建设与党校工作总体运行良好,但在专业教师重视程度、创新活动方式等方面仍存在一些不足,支部运行缺乏与思政课程的有机结合。需要从改进思政课程、建立学生党建导师制、创新活动方式等方面进行改进,进一步提高学生党支部的凝聚力和战斗力,强化党校在思想政治教育领域的作用。
The construction of university student branch and Party school is an important part of the party building. At present, college student party branch construction and party school work are generally well-run, but there are still some shortcomings in the aspects of professional teachers’ emphasis and innovation activities. The lack of branch operation and the combination of ideological and political courses are not enough. It is necessary to make improvements from the aspects of improving the ideological and political courses, establishing student party building mentoring system and innovative activities to further enhance the cohesion and combat effectiveness of student party branches and strengthen the role of Party schools in the field of ideological and political education.
