After the third national education work conference, quality education and innovation education have become the main body of education for all. In 2003, the provinces and municipalities in the entrance examination for higher education have given breakthrough demonstration and implementation of requirements for quality education and innovative education. On the basis of striving to implement the guidelines for the reform of the propositions proposed by the Ministry of Education, it is more conducive to the full implementation of the country’s education policy and the promotion of quality.
