目的 观察大鼠三叉神经中脑核 (Vme)神经元内磷酸激活的谷氨酰胺酶 (PAG)和小白蛋白 (PV)的共存关系 ,以及前强啡肽原 (PPD)样和前脑啡肽原 (PPE)样阳性终末与 PAG和 PV共存神经元之间的联系。 方法 免疫荧光组织化学双重和三重染色技术 ,在激光共聚焦显微镜下观察。 结果 在 Vm e内可见大量 PAG样和 PV样免疫反应神经元 ,吻尾方向上几乎在其全长出现 ,多为大的假单极神经元。许多 PAG样阳性神经元同时呈 PV样免疫反应 ,双标细胞占全部标记细胞的 95 %以上。在激光共聚焦显微镜下观察到 ,少量 PPD样或 PPE样阳性终末围绕在 PAG样和 PV样双重标记的 Vme神经元胞体周围 ,并与之形成密切接触。 结论 在面口部本体感觉信息由 Vme向更高一级神经元传递的过程中 ,PV可能和谷氨酸一起发挥着重要的作用 ,与此同时 Vm e神经元还可能接受中枢内强啡肽样和脑啡肽样神经终末对它的调控。
Objective To observe the coexistence of phospho-activated glutamase (PAG) and small albumin (PV) in the trigeminal nucleus pulposus (Vme) neurons of rats and the relationship between pre-proendorphin (PPD) Associations between pro-peptide (PPE) -like terminals and PAG and PV co-existing neurons. Methods Immunofluorescence histochemistry double and triple staining techniques were observed under confocal laser scanning microscope. As a result, a large number of PAG-like and PV-like immunoreactive neurons were found in Vm e, almost in their entire length in the kiss tail direction, mostly large pseudomorphic neurons. Many PAG-like neurons present PV-like immunoreactivity at the same time, with double-labeled cells accounting for more than 95% of all labeled cells. A small amount of PPD-like or PPE-like positive terminals were observed around the Pme-like and PV-like double-labeled Vme neuron soma and observed to be in close contact with each other under confocal laser scanning microscopy. Conclusions PV may play an important role together with glutamate in the sensory information of facial and mouth ontology from Vme to higher level neurons, meanwhile Vm e neurons may also accept central dynorphin Like and enkephalin-like neuro-terminal regulation of it.
