强力安喘通(ASMETON “strong”)胶囊是近年来从日本进口的药物,据临床反映在治喘镇咳方面有一定的疗效。由于该胶囊是复方制剂,每粒含盐酸喘咳宁(Methoxyphenamine HCl)12.5mg,那可汀(Noscapine)7mg、氨茶碱(Aminophylline)25mg和扑尔敏(Chlorpheniramine Maleate)2mg,在含量测定上各成分间互相有一定影响,一直以来都未能很好解决。为了控制该药的质量,我们使用日本岛津UV-240自动记录式紫外分光光度计及OPI-4附件的仪器,采用二阶、一阶导数紫外吸收光谱分别直接测定盐酸喘咳宁和那可汀的含量,前者的直线回归方
