人类白细胞抗原(HLA)基因是重要的遗传学标志,随着HLA分型技术全面进入DNA分型阶段,这就为从基因水平研究HLA与疾病的关联提供了崭新的平台。综述近年来国外文献,研究表明HLA-II类基因与糖尿病和病理性妊娠均具有相关性。妊娠期糖尿病作为糖尿病的一个独立类型与HLA相关性研究正引起人们的关注。
The human leucocyte antigen (HLA) gene is an important genetic marker. With the HLA typing technology fully entering the DNA typing stage, this provides a brand new platform for studying the association between HLA and diseases at the gene level. Summarizing the foreign literature in recent years, studies have shown that HLA-II gene and diabetes and pathological pregnancy are related. Gestational diabetes as an independent type of diabetes and HLA-related research is a cause for concern.
