以躯体症状表现的心理疾病900例

在综合医院门诊中,以躯体症状表现的心理疾病而反复就诊者颇为常见。有资料表明符合ICD—10精神疾病诊断标准的心理障碍患病率平均达24％。在我国基层综合医院中,上海调查显示医生对心理障碍的识别率仅为15.9％,而国外非专科医生对心理障碍的识别率为48.9～75％,可见我国综合医院医生的识别率明显为低,对此须引起高度关注。本文仅就900例表现为躯体症状的心理疾病进行临床分析。

In general hospital outpatient clinics, symptoms of somatic symptoms and repeated visits to patients is quite common. Data indicate that the prevalence of mental disorders meeting the diagnostic criteria for mental illness in ICD-10 averaged 24%. In our grass-roots general hospitals, the survey in Shanghai shows that the recognition rate of doctors for psychological disorders is only 15.9%, while the recognition rate of foreign non-specialists for psychological disorders is 48.9-75%. Therefore, the recognition rate of doctors in general hospitals in China is obviously low , Which needs to attract great attention. This article only for 900 cases of physical symptoms of mental illness for clinical analysis.
