目的:探讨低温透析联合米多君在血液透析相关性低血压(IHD)中的临床应用疗效。方法选择在我院血液透析室维持血液透析半年以上、入选前透析过程中有超过50%的次数中出现低血压症状的患者10例,所有观察对象均按原透析方案行3周的透析,给予米多君联合低温透析治疗,实施8周,共120次,观察透析前、后血压,透析中每半小时测血压,测量患者透析前后体温,并记录低血压发生的次数及时间、伴随症状及采取的相应护理干预。结果从低血压发生时间看,透析4h时出现低血压的比率较高,可能与有效的血容量减少有关,透析0.5h的低血压有可能与年龄、原发病及血管钙化有关。米多君联合低温透析治疗的总有效率达83.3%。结论对于维持血液透析相关性低血压,选用低温透析联合米多君的治疗方案,可减少低血压的出现,使血液透析的继续进行,值得临床应用。“,”Objective:To study about low temperature dialysis combined with midodrine in hemodialysis related hypotension (IHD) in the clinical application effect. The total effective rate of midodrine combined low temperature dialysis treatment was 83.3%. Conclusion:For the maintenance of hemodialysis associated hypotension, treatment scheme selection of low temperature dialysis combined with midodrine, can reduce the emergence of the low blood pressure, blood dialysis was continued, is worthy of clinical application.
