铵盐镀锌和锌酸碱性镀锌在电镀工业中获得了广泛的应用。铵盐镀锌溶液中锌的测定由于受溶液中存在的氨三乙酸(NTA)的影响,致使常用的EDTA滴定法终点不明。除非用离子交换法将锌与NTA分离,否则,很难获得准确的结果。碱性镀锌溶液中含有DE添加剂(环氧氯丙烷和二甲胺的缩合产物)及少量的EDTA而干扰EDTA滴定锌,需要用高氯酸加热至冒烟破坏它们才能进行锌的滴定。因而,这两种无氰镀锌溶液中锌的测定均难以快速,满足不了生产的要求。
Ammonia salt zinc and zinc acid alkaline galvanized in the plating industry has been widely used. Determination of Zinc in Ammonium Salt Zinc Plating Solutions The usual endpoint of EDTA titration is unknown due to the presence of nitrilotriacetic acid (NTA) present in the solution. Unless zinc and NTA are separated by ion exchange, accurate results are difficult to obtain. Alkaline galvanizing solution contains DE additive (a condensation product of epichlorohydrin and dimethylamine) and a small amount of EDTA that interferes with EDTA titration of zinc. It needs to be percolated with perchloric acid to destroy it before it can be titrated. Therefore, the determination of zinc in both cyanide-free zinc plating solutions is difficult to meet the requirements of production.
