香菇是著名的食用菌之一,在国际上有蘑菇“皇后”之称,而花菇又是香菇中的极品,深受国内外市场的欢迎。香菇栽培历来采用椴木法,不但耗费木材,而且生产周期长,产量低,产区局限性大。随着对香菇的需求量日益增大,国内外都积极开展袋料栽培的试验。但由于袋料栽培香菇是在室内条件进行,是否也能产花菇?为此我所从1978年底开始进行了这方面的试验,初步获得了成功。现将试验情况介绍如下:
