本试验采用犬细小病毒单克隆抗体(CanineParvovirusMonoclonalAntibody,CPVMcAb)对287例患细小病毒性肠炎的病犬,经股内侧肌肉注射进行治疗,取得令人满意的结果。1.在收治的287例病犬中,治愈279例,治愈率高达97.21%,尤其是小于3月龄的幼犬,治愈率高达97.92%,显著高于其他治疗方法的治疗效果。2.在收冶的287例病犬中,6月龄以下幼犬占93.73%。冬季发病犬占92.68%,说明本病主要发生于6月龄以下幼犬,冬季发病较多,其次为初春或深秋,夏季发病较少。3.在临床治疗中发现,发病一天的病犬仅注射CPVMcAb,而不采取其他对症措施,病犬即可在2天内完全康复。发病3天以内的病犬241只,在注射CPVM_-cAb同时,结合对症措施,治愈24O只,仅死亡1只。随病程延长,治愈率下降。另外,88.53%的治愈犬在注射CPVMcAb4天内完全康复,说明采用CPVMcAb治疗还可缩短病程。4,注射CPVMcAb后7h以内死亡的病犬,主要是由于发病后期,全身性衰竭、肠道广泛性出血、坏死和严重脱水,注射的CPVMcAb未能起作用。3天后死亡的病犬,可能是由于CPVMcAb虽?
In this study, Canine Parvovirus Monoclonal Antibody (CPVMcAb) was used to treat 287 dogs with parvovirus enteritis via the intramuscular injection of intramuscular medulla to achieve satisfactory results. 1.
