本文利用先进的 Formastor 全自动相变测定仪研究了7Cr7Mo3V2Si钢在连续加热条件下的相变规律及特点;测定了能反映其相变规律及特点的奥氏体形成图.从而,为该钢新的热处理工艺的开发和制定提供了依据.
In this paper, the phase transition law and characteristics of 7Cr7Mo3V2Si steel under continuous heating conditions were studied by using advanced Formastor automatic phase change analyzer, and the formation of austenite which can reflect the law and characteristics of phase transformation was measured. The heat treatment process development and formulation provide the basis.
