目的探讨以指背血管为蒂掌、指背侧岛状皮瓣的解剖学基础及临床应用效果。方法通过对指背动、静脉的应用解剖学研究,观测指背动脉为掌背动脉的终末支,起点处外径平均为[(0.35±0.06)mm,x±s下同],无紧密伴行的静脉;指背静脉平近侧指间关节处,外径平均为(0.51±0.07)mm。设计了以指背动、静脉为蒂的岛状皮瓣移位术,对32例手指软组织缺损进行修复。结果临床应用32例(33块)皮瓣全部成活,效果满意。结论指背血管蒂岛状皮瓣为修复手指软组织缺损提供了一种新的、有效的治疗方法。
Objective To investigate the anatomic basis and clinical application of dorsal island flap pedicled with dorsal digit. Methods The anatomic study on the dorsal dorsal artery and vein was performed. The dorsal artery of the dorsalis pedis artery was observed. The average diameter at the starting point was [(0.35 ± 0.06) mm] ], Without close companion vein; proximal dorsal venous finger interphalangeal joint, the average diameter of (0.51 ± 0.07) mm. In order to repair 32 cases of finger soft tissue defects, an island flap pedicled with dorsal and venous pedicle was designed. Results The clinical application of 32 cases (33 pieces) flaps survived with satisfactory results. Conclusions The island flap pedicled with dorsal vascular pedicles provides a new and effective method for repairing soft tissue defects of fingers.
