病毒感染细胞中诱导凋亡是一种重要的宿主细胞防御机制。然而,有的病毒却具有能编码抗凋亡蛋白或调节凋亡细胞调节物表达的基因。病毒对于宿主细胞凋亡的干扰必将导致病毒复制的增强,并可逃避细胞毒T细胞对于病毒的杀伤效应。本文综述嗜淋巴细胞病毒对抗凋亡的主要策略。
Inducing apoptosis in virus-infected cells is an important host cell defense mechanism. However, some viruses have genes that encode anti-apoptotic proteins or modulate the expression of apoptotic cell regulators. The interference of the virus with host cell apoptosis will inevitably lead to the enhancement of virus replication and avoid the killing effect of cytotoxic T cells on the virus. This article reviews the main strategies for anti-apoptosis of the lymphotrophic virus.
