中国石油集团工程技术研究院一直致力于石油地面工程和海洋石油工程建设中自动化装备、焊接技术、焊接工艺方面的研究开发,在我国油气地面建设方面有着广泛的影响。新近与中油海管道涂敷公司合作开发的便携式管道PE层剥离强度试验机和环保型全自动喷砂除锈设备已在国内管道工程中推广应用,得到用户的广泛好评。便携式管道PE层剥离强度试验机用途ESM系列便携式电子剥离强度试验机主要应用于管道PE防腐层剥离强度的检测。技术特点设备便携式、小型化,适应现场剥离强度测试;系统抗干扰能力强,性能可靠,简单易用;剥离速度稳定、速度在0~85 mm/min范围连续可调;采用高精度传感器,仪器精度<0.5%FS;采用数字显示,读数直观准确,能够进行数据的输出及处理;可根据用户执行的不同标准定制设备。
