研究Mn对Al-Mg-Li合金变形和强化行为的影响。结果表明,Al-Mg-Li及其含Mn合金变形产生锯齿流变,锯齿的类型与材料变形某阶段的形变硬化指数有关。添加Mn元素提高了Al-Mg-Li合金的屈服强度,降低了塑性,合金穿晶断裂的比例增加。
The effect of Mn on the deformation and strengthening behavior of Al-Mg-Li alloy was investigated. The results show that the deformation of serrated Al-Mg-Li and its Mn-containing alloys results in the change of serration, and the type of serration is related to the deformation hardening index of a certain stage of material deformation. Addition of Mn element improves the yield strength of Al-Mg-Li alloy, decreases the plasticity, and increases the proportion of alloy transgranular fracture.
