超干贮藏措施,能够促使种子能够在一个较长的常温状态下,维持着自身的发芽能力,极为便利,但是对于某些大粒种子所执行的干燥措施则是极为困难。在进行试验的过程中,主要就是将玉米杂交种农大108、自交系黄C这两种种子作为试验材料,通过烘箱干燥、真空冷冻干燥措施执行超干处理,并且在完成干燥处理后执行相应的发芽测定工作,其根本目的就是为了能够探讨玉米种子在超干法下的适应性,以期为我国玉米种子的超干燥处理措施完善作出贡献。
