学校体育是一项复杂的系统工程,它涉及到诸多因素,其中体育教学的好坏,起着至关重要的制约作用,它是国民体育的基础,在培养人才中占有重要的地位和作用。而体育教学效果的决定因素就是学生是否对体育产生一定的兴趣。因此,改革学校体育工作是一个十分重要的问题,如何提高学校体育工作质量,单靠某种教学形式或某种教学方法的改革是不能解决问题的。体育需要强调人们亲自参加,并成为日常生活不可分割的内容。培养人们对体育兴趣、爱好,并养成体育锻炼的习惯是体育教学成果的一个重要标志。忽视培养学生对从事体育教学的兴趣、爱好和养成锻炼的习惯就不可能奠定学生
School physical education is a complex systematic project, which involves many factors. Physical education plays an important role in its control. It is the basis of national physical education and occupies an important position in the cultivation of talents. The decisive factor of PE teaching is whether students have some interest in PE. Therefore, the reform of school physical education is a very important issue. How to improve the quality of school physical education can not be solved simply by some kind of teaching reform or some teaching method.
