以思想政治教育与管理相结合为切入点,深入分析当前中职学生思想教育管理失效的原因,从思想教育管理的内部体系着手,提出构建“以人为本”的中职学生思想教育管理新体系。
Taking the combination of ideological and political education and management as the starting point, this paper deeply analyzes the reasons for the failure of ideological and political education in secondary vocational schools. Based on the internal system of ideological and educational management, this paper proposes a new system of ideological and educational management for secondary vocational students .
