目的:研究在肺癌治疗过程中,采用个性护理对病人生活质量的提升作用。方法:选取2014年3月到2016年4月来我院治疗,患有肺癌的112例病人,将其随机分为两组。常规组采用正常普通的方式进行护理,个性组在这一基础上进行个性护理干预。观察比较两组病人生活质量、心理评分、疾病复发情况以及生存率的差别。结果:个性组的病人生活质量评分高,心理状况改善情况较好,达到了69.23%,且复发率低,生存率高,常规组在各项比较上都不如个性组效果好。结论:采用个性护理方式,能够有效增强病人的生活质量,可以在临床中推广。
Objective: To study the promotion of the quality of life of patients by using personalized care in the treatment of lung cancer. Methods: A total of 112 patients with lung cancer who were treated in our hospital from March 2014 to April 2016 were randomly divided into two groups. Conventional group using the normal way of nursing, personality group on the basis of personality care intervention. The quality of life, psychological score, recurrence of disease and the difference of survival rate between the two groups were observed and compared. Results: Individuality group had a higher quality of life score and improved mental status, reaching 69.23%, with a low recurrence rate and high survival rate. The conventional group was less effective than the personality group in each comparison. Conclusion: The use of personalized care, can effectively enhance the quality of life of patients, can be promoted in the clinic.
