患儿男性,1O岁。89年元月14日入院。为第一胎,早产一个月,自然分娩,顺产。生后几天哭声低,吸吮无力。1岁多才能坐起,3岁开始学话及走路。自幼说话少,内容贫乏,反应迟钝。平时衣着、洗漱、大小便等日常生活均不能自理。行走缓慢,易跌倒,不识字,至今仅能顺序数1～20。自幼肥胖,父母非近亲结婚,母亲妊娠期无特殊。患儿有一弟弟,身体健康。查体:身高130cm,体重39kg,肥胖体型,圆脸,牙齿排列不整齐,双侧乳头小,心肺(一),腹壁厚,两侧阴囊小,双侧隐睾。神志清,对答切题,语量少。表情欣快,定向力尚好,记忆力及理解判断力差,不会计算,仅能顺数1～20。颅神经无异常,四肢肌力正常,肌张力偏高,以双下肢为著。行走呈宽基底痉挛步态,四肢腱反射亢进,病理征(一)。辅助检查:脑电图为轻一中度异常;头颅CT未见异常;x线平片:颅骨、双
