有人说,战争年代我们党的群众工作的重点是怎样更充分地发动群众,执政之后变成了怎样千方百计不脱离群众。这个说法虽未必全面,却一语道破了执政前后党的群众工作的重大差别,也切中当前群众工作面临的困难、问题和出路。
Some people say that the focus of the mass work of our party during the war years was on how to mobilize the masses more fully and how they should not be separated from the masses in every possible way after they took power. Although this statement may not be comprehensive, it completely breaks through the major differences in the work of the party before and after the party is in power and at the difficulties, problems and outlets facing the current mass work.
