本例为23岁,女性患者,病程短,血压高,对降压药效果不好,有发作晕厥史。以往血压正常。无高血压家族史。三大常规正常。血钾、钠、氯化物、钙均在正常范围。肝、肾功能正常。血沉快,抗“O”及类风湿因子阴性。24小时尿VMA三次检查的结果分别为4.9、7.0、7.2mg。根据本例的发病年龄,病程短,有发作性晕厥,对降压药疗效不好,不符合原发性高血压的诊断。患者血压高伴头痛、恶心、呕吐、抽搐,曾在外院三次测VMA高于正常,应考虑是否
