张×,女,23岁,于1980年5月始左髂部及左腹股沟处疼痛,7月初出现右胸锁关节、左膝关节、右髂部以及两侧大腿酸痛。疼痛甚剧,呈发作性,影响睡眠及下肢活动,伴发热(38℃左右)。9月中旬发生左上牙龈肿痛和左下唇麻木。多次门诊,拟诊左髋关节扭伤、活动性风湿性关节炎和多发性肌炎等疾病。口服消炎痛和强的松等,无效,于同年10月6日入院。体检:体温38.1℃,脉搏92/分,呼吸20次/分,血压110/70毫米汞柱,浅表淋巴结未扪及,无皮
