本文结合美国防治耕地水土流失的技术现状及研究进展,详细介绍了一种土壤条件改良新方法——土壤印痕装置TerraStar。从理论上探讨了该装置系统的产品特点和技术原理,并通过耕地水土流失、大豆直播栽培等对比试验加以验证。理论分析和试验结果表明:TerraStar滚轮装置以周边呈凸脊状的船头形中空圆轮为基本组件,在外力牵引下滚过土壤表面时,会产生几何形的规则凹坑,以此来增加土壤的比表面积,增强土壤的渗透性能,提高土壤的温度湿度,从而达到减少养分流失、防治土壤侵蚀、促进作物生长的作用。研究结果显示,该装置与同类方法或装置相比较,具有极大的先进性和优越性,有着良好的应用价值和推广前景,对促进我国粮食生产及耕地保护都有着积极的作用和意义。
Combining with the status quo and the research progress of soil and water loss prevention and control of cultivated land in the United States, this paper introduces a new method of soil condition improvement - terraStar soil imprinting device. The product features and technical principles of this system are discussed in theory, and verified by contrastive tests such as soil and water loss of cultivated land and direct seeding of soybean. The theoretical analysis and experimental results show that the TerraStar roller device has bow-shaped bow-shaped hollow circular wheel as the basic component, and when it is rolled under the external force and rolls over the soil surface, it will generate regular pits of geometric shape to increase Soil specific surface area, enhance soil permeability, improve soil temperature and humidity, so as to reduce nutrient loss, prevent soil erosion and promote crop growth. The results of the study show that the device has great advanced nature and superiority compared with similar methods or devices, has good application value and promotion prospect, and plays a positive role and significance in promoting grain production and farmland protection in China.
