棉酚用于男性避孕已取得了肯定的效果,近来也有用于妇科疾病者。我们于1981年开始用以治疗功能性子宫出血(简称功血)、子宫肌瘤和内膜异位症,取得了一定的疗效。一、对象和材料今将治疗完毕,停药在3个月以上,经随访的162例作一分析。随访时间最长已达20个月。162例中功血患者93人,子宫肌瘤44人,子宫内膜异位症25人。功血93人中,无排卵型者65人,半数以上为单纯内膜增生;有排卵型者28人,多为黄体不健。年龄最小25岁,最大69岁,60%在40岁以上。治疗前均进行一般性及妇科常规检查,并
