有关研究表明,肝硬化患者血清T_3、T_4水平低于健康人,且与病情严重程度相关.我们依据Pugh改良肝功能评分法将146例肝硬化患者分为3组测定血清T_3、T_4水平,同时观察了42例经治疗后肝功能评分下降患者的T_3、T_4水平,旨在探讨肝硬化患者血清T_3、T_4的变化及其临床意义.
The research shows that the level of serum T 3 and T 4 in patients with cirrhosis is lower than that in healthy people and is related to the severity of illness.We divided 146 patients with cirrhosis into three groups according to Pugh’s improved liver function score method and measured serum levels of T 3 and T 4 The T_3 and T_4 levels in 42 patients with decreased liver function score after treatment were observed. The aim was to investigate the changes of serum T_3 and T_4 in cirrhotic patients and their clinical significance.
