目的通过研究不同区域黑果枸杞土壤中N、P、K相关因子,为黑果枸杞的适应性栽培和引种提供科学依据。方法分别采用凯氏定氮法,分光光度计法,火焰光度计法测定不同区域黑果枸杞土壤中全N、全P(速效P)、全K(速效K)含量,用碱解扩散法测定速效N,用重铬酸钾容量法测定有机质的含量,用残渣烘干质量法测定全盐含量,运用线性回归统计法分析土壤中的相关因子。结果青海产区的黑果枸杞土壤,全N(速N)含量,全P(速P)、速K、全盐含量较甘肃和内蒙两个产区都高,甘肃产区的全K含量,有机质含量比青海和内蒙要高。就甘肃产区,张掖全K含量稍高于酒泉,其他指标的含量都偏低,其中张掖土壤中各因子随着土壤分布的地理位置,即从西北到东南呈现规律性的变化趋势。产自甘肃酒泉金塔县中东镇上午村的土样,全N(速N)含量、全P(速P)含量和有机质含量在0.05和0.01水平上显著、极显著的高于其他黑果枸杞产地土壤产地。结论实验方法方便快捷,线性关系良好,重现性好。黑果枸杞生长的土壤指标随着区域的不同,其土壤中N、P、K相关因子也存在差异,可为盐碱植物生长土壤生长的耐盐性研究提供参考依据。
Objective To study the related factors of N, P and K in Lycium barbarum in different regions to provide a scientific basis for adaptive cultivation and introduction of Lycium barbarum. Methods The contents of total N, total P and total K in different regions of Lycium barbarum were determined by Kjeldahl method, spectrophotometer and flame photometry. The content of total K (available K) was determined by alkaline hydrolysis and diffusion method Available N, the content of organic matter was determined by potassium dichromate volumetric method, the content of total salt was determined by the method of residue drying quality, and the correlation coefficient of soil was analyzed by linear regression statistical method. Results The contents of total N (fast N), total P (fast P), fast K and total salt in black fruit wolfberry in Qinghai were higher than those in Gansu and Inner Mongolia. The contents of total K, Organic matter content higher than in Qinghai and Inner Mongolia. In Gansu Province, the content of K in Zhangye was slightly higher than that in Jiuquan, and the contents of other indicators were low. The factors in Zhangye soil showed a regular change trend from northwest to southeast along with the geographical distribution of soil. The total N (fast N) content, total P (fast P) content and organic matter content of the soil samples from the village of Shangwu in the middle east town of Juequan, Jiuquan, Gansu Province were significant at 0.05 and 0.01 levels, significantly higher than those of other black wolfberry Origin of soil origin. Conclusion The experimental method is convenient and fast, good linearity and good reproducibility. Soil indicators of black wolfberry growth with different regions, the soil N, P, K related factors are also differences, can provide a reference for salt-resistant plant growth salinity research.
