各市、县(区)人民政府,省政府各部门、各直属机构,各大企业,各高等院校:《福建省人民政府关于加快发展住房二级市场的通知》(闽政[2001]43号)下发以来,全省各地认真贯彻实施,住房二级市场得到较快发展,今年上半年全省住房二级市场交易面积和交易金额分别比去年同期增长82%和114%,其中房改房同比增幅高达2倍和1.8倍。为进一步搞活住房二级市场,促进住房消费,拉动经济增长,经省人民政府研究,现就加快发展住房二级市场的有关问题补充通知如下:

In order to further invigorate the housing secondary market, promote housing consumption and stimulate economic growth, the provincial People’s Government studies are hereby supplementing the relevant issues on accelerating the development of the secondary market for housing as follows:
