深圳经济特区开办已经八年了,八年来为国家完善、实施沿海经济发展战略提供了有益的经验和教训。现在我国广大的沿海地区都在按照国家的经济发展战略,竞相参与国际经济大循环。他们在参与国际经济大循环的行动中,大体上采用了深圳特区八年来采用过的优惠政策,特别是税收优惠政策,应该说,深圳的税收优惠政策对于引进外资、引进国外先进技术,总的是成功的。但也存在着不完善之处,及时对深圳特区的税收优惠政策进行反思
It has been eight years since the Shenzhen Special Economic Zone was set up and eight years have provided useful experiences and lessons for the country in improving and implementing the strategy of coastal economic development. Now that the vast coastal areas in our country are all following the national economic development strategy, they are participating in the international economic cycle.
