平菇是一种味美、高产、易栽培的食用菌之一,在我市发展极为迅速,深受广大群众欢迎。我们在省市科委的统一布署下,82年上半年在我市的生产单位收集了8个不同的平菇菌种,在82年秋季和83年春季进行了品种比较试验。 一、材料和方法 (1)供试平菇品种。共收集8种平菇菌种,分别编为1至8号,其中2号菌因菌种数量不足未能参加试验。这些菌种中命名的有7号德平(又称佛罗里达平菇Plourotus Flori-
