为评价小梁切除联合白内障超声乳化人工晶体植入术超乳三联手术的疗效 ,对 3 2例 ( 3 5只眼 )青光眼合并白内障的患者施行该手术方法治疗。结果 :术后 1年矫正视力 <0 1者 3 % ,0 1～ 0 4者2 0 % ,≥ 0 5者 77%。术后 6个月眼压 10 4～ 18 6mmHg ,1例需药物控制 ( 2 8% ) ;术后 1年眼压 9 9～ 17 7mmHg ,3例需药物控制( 8 5 % )。术中无严重并发症。表明小梁切除联合白内障超声乳化人工晶体植入术具有术后视力好 ,眼压控制率高 ,手术并发症少的优点
To evaluate the efficacy of trabeculectomy in combination with cataract phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation in the treatment of cataract combined with phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation in 32 patients (35 eyes) with glaucoma complicated with cataract. Results: The corrected visual acuity was 0% in 1 year, 20% in 0 1 ~ 0 4, and 77% in 0 0. Intraocular pressure was 10 4 ~ 18 6mmHg at 6 months after operation. One patient needed drug control (28%). One year after operation, intraocular pressure was 9 9-17 17mmHg. Three patients needed drug control (85%). No serious complications during surgery. Show that trabeculectomy combined with cataract phacoemulsification with intraocular lens implantation has good visual acuity, high intraocular pressure control rate, the advantages of fewer surgical complications
